ADDENDUM TO GENERIC PRIVACY POLICY

“Indie Developer” covers many sizes of companies these days. I am pretty sure I am what most people understand by indie: one person with a little help from some friends doing everything it takes to think up, create and publish games.

And the freedom that comes with being just one or two people in charge is this: there is no boss telling you how to earn money or what devious ways you have to earn more dollars for the company. This here little indie developer will never sell your information to a third party. Because we can avoid it, we will avoid it. And we will never make you buy in app jewels, points, credits or anything like that. You buy the game, and that’s it. The game is yours to play. And any future updates for that game you bought are free.

OUR INDIE POLICY

  • We never collect any unnecessary information on you.
  • We never sell your name or any data associated with you to anybody.
  • We listen to people for advice. So anything you tell us will be considered for the game you bought or the next one. We appreciate your opinion.
  • We do not like shameless money hungry in-app stores. Because we like you!
  • We will not use or support in-app stores for children’s apps / games in any way.
  • The only use we will make of in-app buying is the option to buy the full game.
